Book is dated MAY 4, 1971 and has HSPC 71T18 FOLDER 1 number written on front cover of Book . Book cover has Card stock cover and was a technical proposal given to NASA for the SKYLAB Project/Missions . Cover and back do show use and age wear but overall good condition. Book has Black Spine that does show some tears to the top of the binding . Book has black and white writings and diagrams and pictures and is bound and not missing any pieces.
