RARE! NC Blade Exclusive Demko MG AD20 (Full Width) with Drop Point MagnaCut Blade (Thumb Slot, Dual Thumbstuds) and Textured Earth Brown G10 handles! This USA-made knife features an exclusive full width Drop Point blade and full sized handles. This is an incredibly robust work knife with exceptional action due to the incorporation of the Demko Shark Lock with a 3.6\" MagnaCut blade with a rounded drop point shape and a slicey factory edge. The textured G10 handles have a grippy texture and rich earth brown color. Overall length is 8.6\". Very firm lockup and drop shut action due to the exceptionally smooth bearings and Shark-Mechanism.
The Shark-Lock mechanism is situated on the spine of the knife and operated with a ramp-like ‘fin.’ Opening the blade makes the spring-driven lock arm move up and then into a notch in the tang, situating it beneath a lock pin. This range of movement is noteworthy. It’s unique in that the locking mechanism moves forward and back while also moving up and down. This allows for a greater-sized blade tang, making a better mechanical advantage in a specific area. And because the drive spring that moves the locking element up into the locked position is contained within the locking arm itself, it won’t be subject to dirt and grime. This locking system is one of the strongest on the market. Made in the USA.
