Up for sale is this beautiful, curated set of two Vintage Japanese Creative (Sosaku) Kokeshi Dolls. They make a perfect pair for staggered display on a shelf, mantel, or desk.
Set Details: Tall Doll (9" H): A certified vintage piece crafted and signed by the world-famous master artisan Usaburo Okamoto. It features a stunning natural dark wood-grain kimono body beautifully accented with painted red and white plum blossoms (Ume).
Small Doll (4.5" H): A charming miniature doll featuring a unique red kanzashi hair ornament and delicate, colorful hand-painted floral motifs across her kimono. Marked on the base with the name "Chiwa" (ちわ).

Tall Doll: 9 inches (approx. 23 cm)
Small Doll: 4.5 inches (approx. 11.5 cm)
Condition: Good vintage condition. The wood has a wonderful, smooth patina with minor age-appropriate wear. Painted accents remain bright and distinct. Both dolls feature crisp maker stamps/signatures on the bottom.
