Mexican Trancas geodes are probably the second-most popular geode from Mexico after the Coconut/Choyas geodes, and they typically have quartz interiors that frequently fluoresce a bright green to varying degrees under shortwave UV light (see sample pictures). Some of these geodes also have quartz growths/scepters and every once in a while calcite may be present. We have provided sample pictures and a video of the geode sizes and more common interiors - ones that you are most likely to receive specifically in Trancas/Chihuahua geodes once opened.
