This is an original handmade Gault ceramic miniature from France, not a later J. Carlton resin piece.Purchased new in France in the 1990s and has remained in my personal collection since purchase.Very nice vintage condition. There are a couple of tiny areas along the roofline that may be minor surface chips or may be part of the original handmade and intentionally distressed finish; it is difficult to determine. No major chips, cracks or repairs noted. The aged stone appearance, irregular coloration and weathered finish are characteristic of the Gault design.Please review all photographs carefully for condition and details.
